can't down load tutorials

I click on a tutorial and it has a few spinning boxes but no download

Sorry Ankit - I see what I did wrong - I click on the tutorial and I didn't see the video at the bottom - only half a page and the rest was covered up - then I hit download and I start downloading PS5 which I have already.  - it just does't say anything - I guess that is poor web design 101

From which website you are trying to download it?

They are from the adobe web site - the standard tutorials from the cloud - for example - APPS - PhotoShop (view tutorials)
