Can't download Acrobat DC on to my computer

I have been trying to down load Acrobat DC for a while, but it is not downloading. It says "Another installer is currently running, which must be closed before updating

this product. Please close another installer". I don't know what to close, and I had restarted the computer as well. Please help!
