Can't download Acrobat XI Pro

I purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro as an upgrade to my already existing Adobe Acrobat XI Std. When I donwloaded the program per instructions, it downloaded Adobe Acrobat XI Std and did not give me the upgrade to Acobat XI Pro. Attempted the download a number of times but never got to XI Pro. What the problem?
