Can't Download Adobe Creative Cloud

Question

Hi Everybody and thanks for helping me , i can't download Adobe Creative Cloud app Update , over 20 times try download but middle of download dc internet and failed to download , i want standalone download for Adobe Creative Cloud , i have Photoshop CSS 2017.1 , but when open Creative Cloud App need update and can't update , please someone give me the offline link , thanks
