Can't download any adobe apps windows.

Whenever I attempt to download Creative cloud or any other adobe app it doesn't work. Download the installer is easy then when I open it I sign in and this message appears.

Enabling java on crome does nothing and changing browsers does nothing.

What can I do?

Download installer setup file and install Adobe Creative Cloud dekstop app :

 

Windows :

https://ccmdls.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/win32/CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe

 

Mac:

https://ccmdls.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/osx10/CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg

 

Regarding Javascript issue , you need to check Browser settings. What is the version of OS ?

    Are you opening the actual Creative Cloud app? You mention the web browser...

    Does your CC app open like this (your screenshot doesn't show it)?
