Ias above

I have lightroom on another machine which is being repaired right now and this is a borrowed machine that keeps giving me a message in safari of SAFARI CANT OPEN THE PAGE" and then a long error code . and ends saying that safari can't establish a secure connection. I'm on  a tight schedule and can't open any files. need to use LR and PS but can't dload either. Adobe has no customer service number so that i can talk to a real person and I'm finding the help centre extremely counter intuitive. any help would be appreciated.

i don't think the currently offered adobe versions (the latest and one previous) are compatible with your os.  you can confirm that by using the cc desktop app to see if any versions are offered:

install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.  because your os is not compatible with more recent releases you'll see if your os is compatible with any lr and ps versions currently offered by adobe.

This is much as expected. Apple change macOS often and without much concern for compatibility; we all have to chase them. If you have old CD/DVD disks from the era of 10.7 you should be able to install. Photoshop CC requires macOS 10.12 or later.
