Can't download any apps

There is a problem when I tried to download Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign through email from the links. It didn't work and I'm using a Chromebook. It keeps showing there have to be emails with the link to download these three apps. I'm a student from Queensborough Community College.

You need a recent Mac or Windows operating system + plenty of RAM, VRAM and HD storage to use those desktop apps.
