Can't download anything.Why???

Hello everyone.Now after a year I'm trying to trial/buy products but all I get is a four square loading thing and I can't proceed.When I say nothing I mean nothing,not even Creative Cloud app(Also on PC).Do you have any idea why?

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

If you still face same issues , even after troubleshooting with browser , try below link :
