If you had already installed Adobe Creative Cloud app, Sign out from Creative Cloud app and then Sign in again with Adobe ID using which you had purchased subscription.

Are you trying to download via Adobe Creative Cloud application??

If not , use below link and download Creative Cloud setup file and install the same and check.

Windows :

Yes. That's what we tried and I think you're right that Adobe Creative Cloud app was not yet installed on the second computer.

I have Creative Cloud on my iMac and deactivated it from my laptop. I asked my sister to activate it on her iMac so I could access my CC files while I visit her. She's not on CC yet. When she tried signing in as me and downloading the app through the Creative Cloud app listed under Manage My Account, the only options were a free trial or Buy. I forwarded your solution using the CC installer app. I'll let you know if it works. Thanks for your quick response.

We are both on Macs. I'm still on OS 10.9.5. Hers is on Yosemite.
