Can't download Apps: Creative Cloud in loading loop

My CC doesn't work correctly: when i try to download InDesign, it starts to loading and never stops.
I've tried with Safari, Chrome, Firefox, without success. I've tried also with a good internet connection.
I've a Macbook Pro Retina with all the needs for this software.
Anyone could help me?
