Can't download content from cc assets

i can't download content from cc assets (market)

Preferences is ok:

When i push "files from internet", i see my library:

When i push "Open folder" - nothing happend. My CC folder is empty:

access permissions at directory was 700, i tried change it to 775, but it didnt help:

How can i get files from cc assets market? Thx a lot!
