Tips :

1) Run CC Uninstaller and if present remove Creative Cloud app.

2) Launch Task Manager and if running end all Adobe related processes .

Or Restart computer once .

3) Navigate to C:> Program Files(x86) > Adobe.

Open Adobe folder and if present Rename Adobe Creative Cloud folder to Adobe Creative Cloud-old.

4) If possible disable Anti-Virus and Firewall temporarily. [ Optional ]

Then try to install CC app again.
