Can't download/install Photoshop trial on new computer

I am having an issue downloading/installing a photoshop trial onto a brand new desktop PC (windows 10). I have tried disabling pop up blockers, turning off anti-virus software and firewall but nothing seems to work. Please help

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud+ Photoshop and any other apps you intend to use.   Only one trial per customer.
