Can't download photoshop

Hello,

I have tried about seven times now to get an answer to this question and I'm worried if I don't get a solution I will have to cancel my plan and go with a lesser program. So I trialed Creative cliud/photoshop and liked the programs, so I decided to buy photoshop and deleted the trial version. I bought a twelve month subscription to photoshop, waited for the payment to clear then tried to download it. Nothing happened when I hit download and creative cloud says I do have photoshop but by the date of download I know it's talking about the trial version. I totally got that trial version off my computer and I'm worried now that I shouldn't have done that, I should have kept it on my computer to update when I purchased photoshop.

So what can I do to get photoshop back on my computer? I have tried calling Adobe and have also tried sorting it out via chat. Both forms of communication just keep cutting out so I feel like I need to sort this out via email or on here. Not sure exactly what's going wrong but I find it wierd that I could download creative cloud and the trial version of photoshop and not the photoshop I have now paid for.

PLEASE help! I need this for a business and am very worried that I have ruined this!
