Can't download Photoshop Elements 2018

I purchased Photoshop Elemenets 2018 in October 2018. Yesterday my laptop crashed and the only way to fix it resulted in me losing all my programmes. I've went to redownload Photoshop Elements 2018 but can't find it anywhere on the website. Nor can I find any details to contact support. I have my email confirming my purchase and with the serial key. I need to download the software as I have a deadline for something I was desinging. Does anyone have any idea where I can download the software from?

Try downloading the Elements 2018 installer from:

https://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-2018-direct-download-links-premiere.html

Follow the Very Important Instructions (Steps 0 to 5) on that page first BEFORE you download. Otherwise the download links will not work.

Run the installer then follow the prompts and enter your serial number when requested.

From whom did you purchase PS Elements?

Log-in to your account below.

https://account.adobe.com/products

If you don't see a download link, chances are you didn't buy the download directly from Adobe.

you may download ONLY if you bought direct from Adobe via download
-Log-in to your account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products
--click Order history on the left and then the link to your order that will show on the right
--and finally click the link "Downloads and serial numbers" that will appear
--as always, write the serial number in a text file AND copy that text file and the
---download file(s) to an external drive (or two) to be sure you have what you need
-if you did not buy direct from Adobe via download you must find your original install
--if you have an Education or volume license you MUST use your original media
--the link for an Education or volume license download is not available at all
-if you bought a disc and don't have a drive you will need to buy an external USB drive
-if you bought a download from a 3rd party vendor you will need to contact that vendor
