Can’t download premiere rush 1.5.44

Question

The website indicates that this older version is compatible with OS 10.13. It says it's downloadable in creative cloud, but when I click to download, it indicates "waiting" and never downloads...any suggestions would be welcome...thank you.

Grapery, do you ever encounter any specific error messages while trying to download Premiere Rush? Can the Mac computer be upgraded to a modern version of macOS?

If you do not encounter an error message, please check the log files to find the fatal error. Information on how to locate the error can be found at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-installation-log-files.html. Please update this public forum discussion with any errors you discover.
