Can't download previous version of CC apps

I just updated CC and so it's the most recent version so far - 4.3.0.256 released on 09/26/2017. I've searched solutions to this but I can't find any answers. People say to look for the "Find Additional Apps" section, which is gone from the updated version--I checked in the release notes for the CC update. I need access to the older versions of various apps--it's necessary for my job. I included a picture of what my CC app looks like now.

Najahb68750405, if you are facing errors when reinstalling the Creative Cloud desktop app then please utilize step two listed in "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app to remove the Creative Cloud desktop app.  This includes the removal of the OOBE folder.  This should then place the computer in a good position for a successful reinstallation of the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Please update this discussion if you face any questions locating the OOBE folder.

Thank you everyone for your help. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the CC app and I believe I did it improperly--it seems to partially still be on my computer so I can't fully uninstall or reinstall the app, I get errors on both sides.

I need to solve these issues before I can see if my original problem is corrected. Once it's rectified, I'll update to see which solution worked.

Thank you again!

Thank you, that worked! I used the CleanUp Tool to remove all the programs, not just the CC app from my computer. That fixed the installation issue. I realized that I only have a free membership, not a paid subscription like I thought (and signed up for like a year ago). I'll just renew the subscription and I'll be set.

Thanks again, everyone.

Hi Najahb68750405,

With the new Creative Cloud desktop app the previous versions option is not listed automatically under the 'Apps' tab until you make the changes in the settings, hence please launch your CC desktop app and go to settings wheel in the top right corner > Click 'Preferences' > Click 'Creative Cloud' > now click the check box for 'Show older apps'

Now go back to apps list and you should be able to see the 'Previous version' option listed under it.

Let us know if this helps.

Weird, it's just not there when I go to the same place. Does anyone know why this would be happening?

Najahb68750405 what type of Creative Cloud membership are you using?
