Hi, I have some problem with the downloading of photoshop CS5 the "install"-file. A window pops up that says ""Install" can not be opened because it comes from an unidentified developer.  Your security settings only allow installation of applications from the Mac App Store and identified developers. What do I do? Please help

    Hi Nathalie,

Please follow the below steps and try again:

Go to Apple icon > System preferences > security and privacy > firewall > TURN OFF ( to do this you will have to click on the padlock in the left bottom corner of this machine and then enter your mac password)

Go to Apple icon > System preferences > security and privacy > General > Allow apps downloaded from should be on ANYWHERE

**NOTE - To make these changes click on the lock on the bottom left corner of the window and enter your mac password and select Unlock.

Let us know if this helps.

    Regards,

    Bani
