Can´t download standalone (perpetual) Lightroom 6?

Hi, I am trying to download Lightroom 6 standalone (Key bought from Adobe in 2017) and for the life of me can´t find they way to do it.

I still have the purchase confirmation email and license key in my inbox and would very much like to be able to use the product I paid for.

 

Any help please?

As I mentioned you need to go to My Account. If you don’t see an available download then you must start an on-line chat. Make it clear that you are not looking for support for an older product but need a download link to activate the software.

This is a user to user community. For some issues it will be necessary to contact Adobe directly. Click the following link and scroll down the page to Individual. Then click “Sign in to contact us” It should be possible to start an on-line chat with Adobe Support. But if you purchased direcetly from Adobe first use your Adobe ID to check your account to see if a download is available under plans/products.

Hi, as I have mentioned previously, I did purchase (from Adobe, obviously) and have the confirmation e-mail as well as the one with the license key. I did not ask for help before looking into the support page, unfortunately without success.

 

Which is to say: I bought an official perpetual license, have the key,  and would very much like to download the software that I paid for.

  1. Use your web browser to log in with your Adobe ID.
  2. Click on the little user avatar – upper right corner next to the Adobe logo – and select "Adobe Account".
  3. On the next page click "Plans".
  4. Then click "Order History" and you should see all your orders.
  5. Click the order no for Lightroom Classic most likely referred to as "Adobe Photoshop Lightroom".
  6. This should take you to a page that shows a link to "Downloads and serial numbers".
  7. Follow the link to download the installer.

 

Adobe worked hard to make this process quick and obvious.
