Can't download the applications

I have logged in with my email and confirmed it and everything and it should be connected to an existing creative cloud account but I can't download the programs, it just says buy. How do I download the programs that my company has already paid for?

Hi Jeff,

Yes, this is what I tried the first time but it doesn't work. Instead of download, it says download test version and then buy full version. But my email should be connected to an existing account that has already paid for these, so it should say download. What is wrong? Thank you.
