can't download the apps

Hi i used adobe apps for a couple years now. My license expired so a deleted everything related to adobe. Now i renewed my subscription but when i try to click on dowload with any app a notification from my mac comes up and says i have no app to open the link. I think i have to reinstal the apps instead of dowloading but i don't know how. Can somebody help me plz
