Can't download/update photoshop

Trying to update/download the 21.0.1,

 

however, in the update tab it shows that it is "canceling"?

zuritag5, good evening.
It is a screen that appears during the update cancellation process.
I have updated it many times so far, but I have never been cancelled.
After pushing the update button, you may have pushed the cancel button (x mark at the right end of the progress graph) for some reason.
After the cancellation process, you will see an update button again.

The thing is its been a day now and the "canceling" text won't go away

Close the CC DTA, you do that by using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + w (Windows) or Cmd + q (Mac) and then click the Quit button. Restart you system then try using the Update All link at the top right.

 

What exact operating system are you using?
