can't downloading my invoices
Hi,
For a long time (like 6-7 months now) I can't download my invoices through my Transaction History window. No meter what I do and how many times I talked to Adobe's assistants (which is really really bad!) I couldn't find a solution for the problem, every month the same story and in the end I won't get my invoice AGAIN! I need some solutions for this, I can't keep bugging each month to the agents to sent me the invoices and in the end - I won't get them... please, I don't know what to do, I really need this, attaching a pic that you can see what happened when I'm trying to open the Transaction window.
