Can't find a link to download CS6 (adobe, photoshop etc)

My old computer's hard drive was damaged in a way that it cannot be operated with the CS6, and have two problems.

1. Can't figure out how to transfer the license to the new computer now that I can't deactivate it in the old computer as it is not working anymore.

2. The new app that replaced the old CS6 downloading setup tool (cloud) does not show any CS6 products, and I don't know how to re-download CS6 related software.

I could not reach anyone at Adobe, and found nothing that could help in the forum.

Please kindly advise.

Thank you very much.

Roy

As far as deactivating the inaccessible installation, you need to contact Adobe Support thru chat when they are available (M-F, business hours) and ask them to reset your activations.  or the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option.  Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

You can also download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.
