can't find a link to download Photoshop to my new computer

I de-activated Photoshop on my old computer, but can't find a link to download it to my new computer. I signed in to CC, but have only been able to find links to trial versions.

Adobe, if you see this...

Please let me know If there's a simple way to do this.  I find it hard to believe that every time users change computers they go through this. It seems to me that I should be able to just click on an easy-to-find link, confirm identity, and hit a download button.  What am I missing here?  Thank you.

When checking my hosts file...

The two Adobe logos came up.

When going to https://lm.licenses.adobe.com/gdf/status.jsp,  the page just says "Alive."

When I run %systemroot% \system32\drivers\etc, no hosts file appears.

(Computer is running Windows 7)

Putting "hosts file"in start/search yielded no match.
