can't find creative cloud 64 bit download

I'm running windows 8.1 and need to download the creative cloud desktop app in a 64bit version.  When I hit the download button it automatically downloads the 32 bit version.

    Adobe Creative Cloud is an 32 bit app. There is no 64 bit version .
