can't find my account? wth

So,  I had a tech question that needed to be resolved.  Spent 54 minutes waiting for a live chat.   Once I get connected,  the phone tech tells me he can't find my account.  I verify my email/account name..... nope..... He can't see any account under that name.

????????????     I have had the account for 2 years and I am logged into CC Desktop under this account. right now.   What is the @17502962^ is that?
