Can't find my subscription - wrong email?

I ordered a subscription today and followed the steps to download it.  It started to download onto my mac, but I received a message that I didn't have updated software.  So I updated my software only to NOT find my subscription when I log into Adobe.  I checked my bank statement and sure enough, the charge is there so I know I ordered it.  After numerous attempts to reach customer service, the person suggested I ordered the subscription under a wrong email account.  Wait...what?  Okay.  So let's say I did.  How do I find it?   Customer service transferred me to billing, but I've been waiting for someone to come on to the message, so far no luck.  I am lost here and could use some help or suggestions.

Thanks.

Simple test to do:

https://account.adobe.com/plans .
