Can't find Purchased Products Downloads

Question

I had a Hard Drive issue and replaced it, reinstalled Win10 ect but can't find downloads for my Adobe Products. Nothing shows in Purchase History but both Lightroom 5 and Acrobat X show as registered.

Where can I find Lightroom 5 and Acrobat X for download? I rarely use them so I have no reason to spend money upgrading to a current supported version.

Adobe has removed older version from the public web sites.

You have to contact Adobe directly for a download link. Have your serial number and details of original purchase available. Make it clear that you doesn't need support for an older product but need a download link. Click the link below and scroll down the page to Individual “Sign in to contact us” It should be possible to start an on-line chat with an Adobe agent.
