Can't find redemption code

I'm using a student code on a new computer, tried to redeem my code and it wouldn't let me so I'm looking for a redemption code. It only let me have a 30 day free trial.

You are only allowed to redeem a code once, and when you do, that activates your Cloud account

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?
