can't find serial number
Hello,
I cannot find my serial number. The help sign in does not work because the product is not registered and I cannot register without a serial number.
How can I get my serial number.

If you recently made the purchase of a product that has a serial number (CC products do not) and received no serial number, then you need to contact whoever sold it to you and require they provide the serial number. If you purchased it from Adobe then you need to contact Customer Support - these forums are not a way of doing that.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
