can't get in All pro gram in Adiobe Creative Cloud

What exactly do you mean by can't get in? Are you not able to log in, or see login errors or is it that you see options only for trial but your subscription is not recognised? Give us more details so that we can provide more relevant suggestions.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
