Can´t get my products

I´ve just purchased Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year, prepaid), got an e-mail,pressed: get started, the page appears for second and then always fails to:sorry this page is available(error returned 404). What can I do?

Petraz95722736 have you utilized the Creative Cloud Desktop application to install Photoshop and Lightroom?  You can find details on how to install the Adobe Creative software titles included with your membership at Creative Cloud Help | Install, update, or uninstall apps.

Simply sign into your account at creative.adobe.com.

I am (was) signed it. I signed out and then signed it again, it didn´t help
