can't get payment to process

Alright, I am SERIOUSLY pissed off right now. I got an email saying my one year subscription had expired. NATURALLY, I'm in the middle of working. But I go to the website, put in my payment window and click all the okay buttons that there are and NOTHING HAPPENS. The payment is NOT processed.

"Chat" was no help whatsoever. None at all. I can't "wait 48 hours" to see if it took the payment or not! Adobe has double billed me in the past and I'm leery of redoing it...but I did. Still no invoice, no email confirmation, no nothing.

Message:

Thanks. Your payment details are updated, and you can use your plan immediately. Your invoice will post shortly.


Well guess what— it's been an hour since the third time I put in my payment details and still no invoice or access to software.


I knew crap like this was going to happen when adobe went to subscription "service".


And hey ,anyone try to find a phone number on the adobe site? hahaha good luck with that.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I have checked the records and observed the credit card details have been updated successfully. However since the subscription was already expired, it will take approximately 2 business days to reactivate the subscription.

TWO DAYS. Wow. That's amazing. Unbelievable. I can not tell you how angry that makes me.
