Can't get PS-6 ext download to work--get error Oxc0150004

I all of a sudden got Oxc0150004 error when trying to open PS-6 extended. I am using windows 7 64-bit on a Alienware desktop. I have uninstall/reinstall probably 8-9 times. one time, it worked just fine, shut the computer down for the night, opened it up next morning and the error msg. was there. Tried downloading PS-5 ext but got the error message again. I have Lightroom 4 and other Adobe products and the PS is the only one with the error.

I called Adobe and was sent to a foreign person who wanted $99 to fix it which I don't have. Can someone please tell me how to delete this error msg??? thanks
