Can't get rid of old versions of Photoshop and Illustrator

Hi! I have a trouble with removing old versions of Illustrator and Photoshop. I work on Windows 10. I know there is an option in CC to remove old versions but it doesn't show there are still old versions of PS and AI. I see it in Windows apps list. I also tried to remove it through Winsdows's "uninstall" and then it shows it in CC panel. After uninstall process I've got a message that an app is removed but it's still here.

I can't also make my updated versions to be default for opening my files. I'm setting my updated versions as default but when II,m trying to open my files old version starts even when updated app is open. It's very frustrating and I have no clue how to solve this. Please help.

if an old app shows in the cc desktop app, what happens when you click the arrow next to the app>manage>uninstall?

It asks me if I wan't to delete my preferences. Doesn't matter if I choose "yes" or "no" it starts uninstalling (progress bar is visible). Then old version dissapear in CC panel but is still on my computer.
