can"t get the adobe CS3 Master Collection to download

how do I get it to download?

    If you have a retail version then you can use the following download if you have the serial number Download CS3 products

    If you have volume license serial number then you need to download it from www.licensing.adobe.com as the installers for retail & business version were different in CS3.
