Can't get the installer to run

Running on Windows 7. 

I've downloaded the .exe installer.  When I run it, I get this error: "We've encountered the following issues: Please connect to interned, then try again."

I've tried to do this many times, and I always get the same error.  Can anyone help?  Thanks!

Hi bugs5447,

Welcome to the Community!

Are you in your office, if yes then try to use the external connection while installation/activation.

This morning the .exe installer ran perfectly and I was able to download the CC programs without problems.
