I am using a MacPro running High Sierra 10.13.6. Every time I click on the Adobe cloud symbol I get the following message : Unable to reach Adobe servers Please check your firewall settings , ensure that the time settings on your computer are correct. I can launch all my creative cloud apps and they do connect via the internet to allow them to run. My firewall is turned off an my time settings are correct. Does anyone have an idea what is wrong. Luckily I downloaded lates apps several weeks ago.

I addition I can log into two of my other Macs with no issues. I have logged out of those two MACS and I still have the issue. I have checked the time and the setting is correct.

Hi-

Step 4 on the page that Kanika linked to worked for me. I'm (still) on a 2009 iMac running OS 10.9.5. I couldn't connect to CC, I kept getting the "Retry" message. Also, PS CC2015.5 gave me a message that it was going to shut down in 27 days!

Here's what worked for me:

Open “Keychain Access” app in Utilities

Click “System Roots”

Find “GlobalSign Root CA” certificate

Select it, click Command-I

Click the “Trust” arrowhead, then set it to “Always Trust”

Close window, quit Keychain Access

Hope this helps!
