I try to tell everything also in english:

Hello everyone I have a macbook pro retina 15 '' with os El Capitan 10.11.5

Yesterday everything was working perfectly, but today when I went to open illustrator gave me "Error, can not open the application" and then by following the advice found here on the forum I tried to turn off and turn on the computer, update the os and finally, as i had solved nothing, to uninstall all the adobe programs, use "adobe cleaner tool" and later with the app "easy find" I deleted all traces left by the programs.

after this I downloaded the "creative cloud installer" but the problem is that when I try to open it, it ask me the system password to install it and then nothing happens! It do not install anything!

how can I do? I urgently need to use these programs for the university

Hi Mimmi95,

Please use the cleaner tool to uninstall Illustrator and also Fix host file option:

After this follow the below steps:

1- Please check if you have any browser security extensions installed, please disable them. ( Eg: AD BLOCK, McAfee site/web adviser, internet security toolbar etc )

2- Also disable the Firewall of your machine see, OS X: About the application firewall - Apple Support

3- Disable Firewall of the Internet security program installed on computer.

4- Since you have a Mac machine then please check and confirm that your Mac gate keeper is set to allow installs from anywhere:

To do this Go to Apple icon> System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General > Allow apps downloaded from anywhere ( to make these changes click on the padlock on the bottom left corner and enter your Mac password )

****These changes are temporary, you can revert these back to normal later.****

5- After this Launch your Creative Cloud desktop app from your machine, if it works fine then start the installation of Illustrator.

Let us know if this helps.

ok, I solved the problem with the creative cloud, downloading from the site directly a program (es. Illustrator), not the CC application. Then I reinstalled all the programs I need, but illustrator still does not work ... the program doesn't open

The system password will be the password for your Mac system... it is requiring your approval to allow the software to be installed.
