Can't instal photoshop CS5 extended because of "subscription error"?

Hi everyone!I recently downloaded Photoshop CS5.1 on adobe.com and everything went well. I entered my serial number but at the end of the installation it says: "We are unable to start your subscription for Adobe Photoshop CS5.1 Extended Subscription Edition". It forces me to close the window and I just can't instal the program.Has anyone got an idea what this is and means? And how can I fix this so I can finally use photoshop???Thanks!DebodeQ
