Can't install ACC after removing from pc :(

When Installing ACC, It is encountering an error, something like 205. however, I have tried to install in various ways. The 1st sypmtom was, I coudn't update Adobe Lightroom to 2015.6, Then I have uninstalled everything using Cloud Cleaner and Used Limited Access Repair tool. but coudn't find a solution.

I was about to reinstall ACC, but It shows this error. Now I want some help from someone.
