Can't Install Adobe Photoshop

Hi,

I am trying to install adobe photoshop on my MacBook Pro (macOs High Sierra), but I am getting the following message:

Installation on case-sensitive volumes is not supported. Please choose a different volume for installation. (Error Code: P22)

I don't want to format my computer, so I opened disk utility and created new volume (not case-sensitive), but how can tell the installer to install on the new volume?

I tried to install also the creative cloud app, but I am getting the same issue.

Wassimg98414441, the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application, and shared components must still be installed on a non-case sensitive volume.  Please install a copy of macOS on the new partition and then boot from that drive while using Adobe applications.  I would recommend you make sure the partition has enough space for any needed Adobe applications, OS, and any required temporary swap files either for download and install or when used by applications such as Photoshop and After Effects.  For more information please see Adobe error "Case-sensitive drives not supported" or similar install error | Mac OS .

So, to run this software I need to create a partition, install a completely separate copy of OS, and boot from that to use adobe products. How has this been overlooked? How has nobody tried to fix this for 3-4 years?
