Can't install Adobe premiere pro ERROR 149

ElloEllo! i have a problem after finishing installing adobe premiere pro.it shows me an error on adobe creative cloud "unable to move file, Rename the file and then try again"...i went to program files\adobe\adobe premiere pro cc 2018, then i opened it from the main file, then it shows me an error"Couldn't find the shared documents directory."...in fact i installed Photoshop cc and it works as well no problems at all!!i need a solution.thank you! !Premiere Pro CC​

EVO666, when you receive Error 149, it is because the current User account is unable to move a necessary file during the installation process. Are you installing Premiere Pro CC through the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application when you encounter Error 149?

What type of computer and operating system are you installing Premiere Pro and Photoshop CC on? Is this a home computer or a work computer?
