Can't install Adobe Premium Pro or production premuim

Hi, I was recently trying to install the 2 programs (trial) mentioned in the title...downloading them from the download assistant was fine. Then I opened the folders containing the 2 programs and I click set-up, after about 2% of completation it gives me this text

Your installation encountered errors.

The error summary file may help you identify the issue.

More troubleshooting tips:

1.Restart your computer.

2.Exit all applications including starup items, virus checking and firewall software.

3.Close this window and launch the installer again to reinstall your applications.

If the problems persist, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.

I've tried all 3 troubleshooting tips and nothing works. I'm using windows 7, 64-Bit.
If anyone knows how to fix this please help me out!

I would recommend reviewing your installation logs to determine the exact error your are receiving.  You can find details on how to locate and interpret your installation log files at Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html.

Well I found the log but I'm I suppose to post it here?

No not unless you have a question about a specific error.  You want to search the log for the words ERROR and FATAL per the document referenced in message #1.
