Can*t install Adobe XD

I can no longer install Adobe XD. All other Adobe programs, however, do. I removed and reinstalled everything with the Adobe CleanerTool. The same problem every time. All programs except Adobe XD can be installed. The installation process hangs up at some point, sometimes at 60%, sometimes at 90%. No error message is displayed, even after waiting for several hours.

Only the message appears, which can be seen on the screenshot. Unfortunately no error code. I also tried to find something in the log files, but to no avail.

My Windows 10 version is up to date, graphics driver ... I have tried almost all suggested solutions that other users could use to solve problems with the installation. But since I don't get an error code, it is a little difficult.

I found the following in the log files, this message is always repeated as soon as the installation stops
