Can't install Adobe XD and Adobe Dimensions on windows version 1803, Sapphire Radeon R9 380 Nitro Graphics card not supported

This is an infuriating problem since i can't find any article anywhere with possible solutions

Basically the problem is as follows:

- I start adobe creative cloud
- XD CC tells me "Not compatible"
- Tells me to upgrade my windows to at least version 1703 (Build 10.0.15063)
- My windows version is 1803

Does anyone experience a similar issue? Is there anyone capable of helping me out or is this a known bug that has yet to be worked out?|

I have had contact with a customer support agent, and apparently the following issue is causing this:

I am currently running a Sapphire Radeon R9 380 Nitro Graphics card, and the customer agent told me that after he looked at the specs he confirmed that this graphics card is not supported for Adobe XD CC and Adobe Dimension CC.

This is my opinion is a bit silly because i feel like this gpu isn't anywhere near unheard of, but okay...

I will try to upgrade my gpu in the future and keep this thread updated to tell you if it works.
