Can't install apps on my windows

Hello,
I just started my subscription and can't install apps on windows. I started my subscription on my apple phone and I think thats the problem, because when I download the Creative Cloud app it downloads as an macos app. Downloads as an DMG file and witth the other apps it says my system it is not compatible. 
My windows is compatible. Windows 10 v22h2, so I think the problem is that I started my subscription on an IOS device.
Does anyone knows if there is anything I can do? I logged off and on again, researched a lot, try everythgin I could and still nothing. 
Should I just cancel my subscription and start another one on the pc?
