can't install because it is from an unidentified developor but I can't get CS5 from Adobe or Apple

My new apple laptop doesn't have a DVD or CD drive so I am unable to use my Photoshop CS5 software again, but it has only been licensed once.  I downloaded the Software and it won't install because it says "its from an unidentified developer" but apple or Adobe doesn't sell it.  what can i do? 

please help!

It is not clear where you tried to download from, but Adobe provides CS5 downloads thru the following page: Download CS5 products
