Can`t install Creative Cloud - Error code 188

The latest version is 1803 with build number 17134.167, I just installed the update that uploads the version to 167 and continues the same error.

Haithama22652511, what version of Windows are you installing the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application on?

Error code 188 occurs because the current operating system is not compatible.  Please make sure that computer meets, or exceeds, the system requirements listed at Adobe Creative Cloud system requirements .

Hello I also have the same problem, I'm installing it in Windows 10 April Update Build 17134.166. I hope for your help and help.

Marcpv89, is there a reason you have not updated Windows 10 since April?  A security update was released for Windows 10 earlier this week. 

Where is your computer located, Marcpv89?  Are you using this computer at home or is it used in a work environment on a managed network?
